Payment-rail selections are temporary

The payment-rail explorer on the home page lets you switch between deposits and withdrawals and filter by fiat or cryptocurrency. It responds to the current selection in the browser and does not use cookies or localStorage to retain those selections across visits. Reloading the page restores the initial comparison.

The comparison does not involve a payment request. Its figures are explanatory entries for the payment categories described in the payments overview, rather than data retrieved from a live cashier.

Managing data in your browser

Your browser provides controls for viewing and clearing website data. Those settings remain available even when a site has no tracking cookies of its own. The precise menu names differ between browsers and devices; browser privacy or site-data settings are the appropriate place to inspect or clear stored information.

For information about the broader treatment of a visit and routine hosting logs, see the privacy information. A summary of the guide’s purpose and its editorial coverage is available on the About page.
